Sponsors
PostPub.org accepts sponsorship for its Web site and e-mail service according to the following principles:

All sponsorships are subject to approval of PostPub.org (Service), which reserves the right to reject or cancel any sponsorship at any time.

Sponsors cannot have control or influence over the results of searches a user may conduct on the Service’s website. Search results are based solely on the functionality available through our search software (e.g., keywords or natural language) and user-defined criteria (e.g., displaying most recent or most relevant items first).

PostPub.org does not release personally identifiable data on the users of our websites or e-mail service to sponsors.  Sponsors may receive reports that show aggregated data about response to their sponsorship, including the number of sponsors posting impressions and the number of times the sponsor’s posting was clicked.

Sponsors must be compliant with the regulations in the country where the sponsorships will be seen.

Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostPub.org, its officers, agents and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the sponsors, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.  PostPub.org is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage for errors in displaying a sponsor.

Since the list of sponsors constantly changes, Service cannot guarantee fixed positioning.  PostPub.org may change the terms set forth herein at any time, provided that no such change applies to sponsorships posting whose closing date precedes the announcement of the change.  In the event of nonsponsorship, PostPub.org reserves the right to hold the sponsors liable and withhold the posting.

Policy on Sponsors
All Sponsors must be nondiscriminatory and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sponsors that discriminate against applicants based on sex, age, race, religion, marital status, or physical handicap will not be accepted.  International sponsors are required to confirm in writing that they are an equal opportunity employer.

All types of sponsorship not described above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
